Hi again!
I thought I ought to write something about bugs... and not the insects that bugs you in the summer... but the computer bugs in a fresh baked software as Perfect battle Online. Well we (that would be me, Marcus, and Staffan) have our own very very secret trick to deal with this problem! And what is this secret way then you wonder. Should I tell...? Ok here it goes...
We use a paper and a pen, then we make a list! That would be after we played for half an hour or something... Actually a lot of the work finding new bugs is to play the game or to work with the mapeditor. Then, if we find a new bug, we put it on the buglist with a date, priority, cateory (like: a new function, bug, or new idea for example) and... did I say priority?
Usually these lists tends to grow since we always find more bugs than Staffan can deal with at the time... (since he is doing all the code alone) . My job is to document the bugs and write them down in the list (well not exactly my only job... I administrates the homepage and making graphics and music as well...) We also put all or new ideas in the buglists, ideas that often end up in the game later on.
Well that´s it I guess... Bye for now!
/Marcus

Computer games are hot!
I read an article today in a magazine, that computer games really starting to grow alot. Now it even is a library here in Sweden borrowing computer games to people in the same way as with books. So it really looks like games is a busniess for the future.
Feels good to know that we are putting our efforts on something popular. =)
But hey! People have always liked games so I am not so surprised.
Have done a little bit more on the new homepage. It will soon be ready to publish. I am looking forward to see if someone will write in the forum. Hopefully a great way to get some feedback.
Well the one who lives will see. Bye for Now.

Play with your mouse!
It said Marcus in the Calendar, my name that is; when I met my friend Staffan again to continue our work on Perfect Battle Online, our new action/strategy game for Windows. Perfect Battle Online is our third computer game project. Before there were Supreme (2003) and Perfect Battle (2005). Perfect Battle has become quite big and people have downloaded it from many diffrent countries.
This day we started out, as we do sometimes, with playing soccer. Yes, not the computer type soccer, the real one with a football(!) This is a good way to relax a bit and thinking out new ideas for the game. I lost the soccer game but I guess I can live with it.
Then I cooked some really nice food for us. Usually we most eat pasta when coding and designing the game, but today it was a real treat! =)
It was first after the dinner we started to work with the game for real. I was working with the design for the new homepage and Staffan was coding a new way of control the tank - with the mouse and the keyboard. It worked really well and the game really felt much more fun! =)
Then I left Staffans home and took the subway home around 00.40 in the night. When I came home I turned on my own computer and wrote this, what you are reading now.
Well see ya soon!! bye bye!
